Shipping Terms

Below you will find our shipping and return terms and conditions:

- No Exchanges or Returns: All sales are final.

- Refunds for Undelivered Items: If the tracking information shows the item was not delivered, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping fees).

- Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days from the day the order was placed. We only ship within Puerto Rico and the United States. International shipping is not available.

-  Discus Fish: Our Discus fish can only be purchased at our retail space in San Juan (Santurce), Puerto Rico. They are not available for shipping.
